As stated by art. 13 of Dlgs. 196/2003, SMS&Co ("the Company") informs you, as person concerned, about your personal data ("Data") management:

1. MANAGEMENT PURPOSES AND MODES

Data collecting and management will be handled by the Company to provide you with the required service and, if necessary, to contact you in order to know your satisfaction degree concerning the service.
Data management will be performed automatically and/or manually only for the above purposes by using methodologies granting data reserve and security according to currently applicabile laws.

2. DATA CONFERRING

Data marked as mandatory must be conferred in order to be able to access the Company services.
Conferring all remaining data is absolutely optional.

3. THIRD PARTIES DATA COMMUNICATION

Data can be managed , on behalf of the Company, by company staff, consultants or external companies entitled by the Company itself for specific data managing. However data management can be performed only according to the purposes above listed (see "Purposes").

4. PERSON CONCERNED RIGHTS

The art. 7 of Dlgs. 196/2003 grants you the following rights:

• to obtain information concerning your data;
• to obtain information concerning data sources, data retention purposes and modes;
• to obtain information concerning any applied logic when electronic data treatment is performed;
• to obtain information identifying the owner, the responsibles and the delegates involved in data treatment;
• to obtain data upgrade, modification, integration, removal, change in anonymous format and data blocking if they're managed in law violation situations. Moreover, you can obtain confirmation that the above operation has been really performed and communicated to other involved data managers...;
• to deny, for legitimate reasons, your data treatment for commercial, advertising o di marketing research purposes.

In order to exercise the above rights you can contact the Company via e-mail or fax.

5. ANTI-SPAMMING POLICY

The Company will maintain reserved your data. In particular, your e-mail won't be communicated to third parties not directly involved in your data management.
